1999 Weinolsheim Kehr Chardonnay Spätlese trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Yeasty aromas of apple and pineapple-flavoured boiled sweets. Clean fruit, delicately spicy, slight spritz, integrated acidity, appears light-bodied in spite of a powerful structure, quaffing style, yeasty notes on the palate, mineral notes in the background, good balance, attractive finish.
