2022 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan "Sophie", Alto Adige, Italy

Polished, somewhat nutty and a hint of roasted aroma with fine yellow fruity flavours, a little herbs and hints of fennel and root vegetables. Fairly tightly knit, tart, finely juicy fruit, nutty, smoky and again hints of roasted notes, fine acidity and moderate grip, persistent on the palate, quite concentrated, mineral in the background, fennel and delicate herbal notes in the background, a little lemon zest, hints of pepper, good depth, despite all the power also has something playful, very good, firm and almost cool finish.
