Somewhat fresh vegetal to grassy, almondy and hint of bacon on the nose, light yellow fruit with a hint of medicinal herbs and citrus zest. Bright, tightly knit fruit with still yeasty traces, slightly black berry notes and a hint of woodruff, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, chalky and slightly salty minerality, very good finish with bite.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
