2021 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Sauvignon "Tannenberg", Alto Adige, Italy

Almost cool, fresh, vegetal nose with bright, polished yellow-fruity aromas, cashew and macadamia notes as well as a little celery and savoy cabbage. Clear, juicy, polished fruit, very fine acidity, delicate grip and very slightly sweetish melting, again clearly reminiscent of fatty nuts on the palate, herbal and floral nuances, a little strawberry and also dark berries in the background, persistent, has power, mineral tones, a hint of tobacco, very good, warm, juicy and spicy finish.
