Tart, slightly smoky nose, hint of bacon, ripe black berries and some pepper, herbs and black pepper. Firm, ripe, juicy fruit with smoky, slightly roasted and again also peppery spice, herbs and paprika on the palate, chocolatey wood spice, also some peanut and vanilla, warming alcohol, bacony nuances, a hint of soot, also salt in the background, quite dense and complex, still undeveloped, very good, firm, juicy, spicy and mineral finish with dark ethereal spice and again warming alcohol.
