2019 "Le Petit", Alto Adige, Italy

Firm and deep, slightly vegetal, nutty and a hint of bacon aromas of dried stone and pomaceous fruit, sultanas, floral aromas, herbs and beeswax with smoky nuances, some mushrooms and yellow spice. Concentrated, very sweet, pure, partly dried fruit, nutty, tobacco and light floral aromas, orange zest on the palate, fine, lively acidity, deep and persistent on the palate, somewhat smoky, still undeveloped, clear minerality, bacony nuances, dried Mediterranean herbs and a hint of pepper, has tension, long, precise, very juicy and finely spicy finish with minerality, smoke, bite and grip. Great.
