Clearly dried vegetable, herbaceous and nettle-like nose with dried yellow-fruity to rosy notes, floral tones and minerality. Taut, lively and juicy, very sweet fruit with lively acidity, candy notes and a hint of caramel, vegetable and floral tones on the palate, good depth, persistent, salty minerality in the background, lots of life, multi-layered, has bite, very good to long, tight, brilliantly juicy and sweet finish with honey tones
