Cool, somewhat reductive, still slightly nutty and yeasty, somewhat vegetal to herbal and hints of smoky scent of yellow fruits with a hint of black berries. Clear, lean, sweet citrus fruit with a noticeable acid bite, minty and slightly black berry notes, some persistence, salty tones, good finish with some tension.
