Very slightly yeasty-reductive, somewhat minty, almondy and hints of bacon with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a hint of fennel and aubergine as well as nuances reminiscent of yellow flowers. Straightforward, juicy, slightly sweet fruit with a hint of wax and melon, lively acidity, delicate grip and good persistence, clearly light mineral tones, some depth, still slightly yeasty, very good, juicy, mineral and quite grippy finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2022 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
