2015 Gondorf Gäns Riesling trocken X, Mosel, Germany

Nose still lsightly muted and sulphurous, prominent yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous as well as prominent mineral notes. restrained light yellow fruit, algae and mussel shells. Light-bodied, firm and bone dry on the palate, prominent yeasty aromas, nutty and dried vegetal notes, persistent, intense mineral notes, more algae and mussel shells, practically no fruit, lively acidity, refreshing grip, totally uncompromising style, prominent salty notes and some wilted flowers on a very good tart, juicy finish.
