Prominent yeasty notes on the nose, light herbaceous notes, floral traces, restrained yellow fruit, some dark earthy and mineral notes. Light-bodied, sweetish fruit on the palate, firm acidity, yeasty and floral aromas, hint of sugar candy, touch of dark berries, some more mineral notes, hint of wilted flowers, some cereals, candied lemon on a fairly good finish.
