Light yeasty and floral notes on the nose, preserved yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, partly preserved fruit on the palate, sweetish and juicy, very elegant acidity, some sugar candy, yeasty traces, earthy and mineral notes, slightly creamy, good persistence, some grip on a fairly juicy, sweetish finish. Has shown good development.
