Cool nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrus and peach aromas, hint of mustard seed, mineral traces. Sweetish, partly candied fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal notes, some yellow spice, hint of tobacco, earthy and mineral notes, fairly lively acidity, slightly muted by tannins, some sugar candy, some wilted flowers on a good, slightly astringent sweet finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Deutlich hefiger und auch pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger Duft nach Stein- und Kernobst mit mineralischen Noten. fest gewirkt im Mund, feinsaftige, zart süßliche Frucht mit tabakiger und erdig-mineralischer Würze, nachhaltig am Gaumen, feine, lebendige Säure, gewisse Tiefe, hat Schliff, nur sorgt die Süße unnötigerweise für etwas verschwommene Konturen, sehr guter Abgang.
