2017 Eibelstadt Kapellenberg Spätburgunder Spätlese trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, fairly tart nose, herb and spices, grapefruit and lemon verbena, hint of red berries, mineral traces. Cool, fairly light-bodied fruit on the palate, yeasty traces, delicately sweetish and creamy, fairly prominent acidity, some yellow spice, mushrooms and a hint of cucumber in the background, fairly persistent, earthy and salty mineral notes, some nut butter on a good finish.
