Cool, tart, herbal citrus pome nose with some peach skin and shellfish. A little lemony fruit with a touch of sweetness and present acidity, herbal notes, again also some mussel flesh, light grip, a hint of seaweed in the background, leict noticeable alcohol but limited substance, also a little lemony in the finish, with uncharacteristic pineapple and light bitterness.
