2021 Eibelstadt Silvaner trocken "Handwerk", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Quite clearly vegetal, somewhat herbal and yeasty nose with yellow fruity aromas, floral hints and a touch of mustard seed. Restrained, again bright fruit, fine acidity, yeasty, floral and vegetal notes, hints of white pepper, chalky tones, delicate carbonic acid, good finish.
