Vegetable to slightly herbal, also a hint of buttery citrus nose with atypical pineapple notes, a little mushroom and pak choi. Sweetish, again atypically exotic, somewhat muted fruit, apricot yoghurt and a hint of butter, relatively present acidity, very slightly rough on the palate, light wood tones, herbal-vegetable tones and citrus zest, certain bitterness, decent finish.
