Somewhat nutty, bacony and vegetal to dried herbal scent of yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of kernel oil. Juicy, tightly knit, not quite dry fruit with delicately creamy, slightly nutty woody tones as well as nuances reminiscent of coffee grounds, marbled acidity, somewhat moderate tannin, good substance and persistence, a hint of exoticism and butter on the palate, chalky mineral tones, hints of juniper in the very good, juicy finish. Rather untypically aromatic Silvaner.
