Firm, somewhat nutty, clearly vegetable and a hint of bacony pome fruit scent with mineral and herbaceous hints. Ripe, melty, slightly warm fruit, nutty and vegetable aromas, lots of tart minerality, some touch and matching acidity, lasting, has power, almost a little woody notes in the background, some tobacco, some depth, quite complex, very good, again a little warm finish with ripe juice, vegetable spice and minerality
