A distinctly planty fragrance, a little reminiscent of celery, with light, tart yellow-fruity notes and a certain minerality. Very dry, firm fruit, again clearly planty aromas, lively acidity and some tannin grip, persistent on the palate, has power, but also cool, tart, light minerality, good to very good, firm, bone-dry finish with bite
