Leicht gedeckte Frucht, herbe pflanzliche, erdige und leicht hefige Töne, wieder auch ein wenig nussig, passende Säure, etwas Gerbstoff, mineralische Anklänge, zarte, süßliche Kandistöne, pfeffrige und auch gelbe Würze, vegetabile Töne, recht guter, moderat gerbstoffiger, leicht warmer Abgang mit mineralischen Anklängen.
