Citrus and stone fruit on the nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate yeasty and nutty traces, mineral notes. Clear, polished, tart, surprisingly cool fruit on the palate, fairly prominent acidity, very fine tannins, yeasty and light nutty traces, hint of soup greens in the background, good persistence and substance, firm structure, pepery traces, very delicate bitter touch, slightly noticeable warm alcohol on a good to very good tart finish.
