Cool, plant-based nose with bright apple aromas, citrus notes, and white currants, along with floral hints. Bright, sweet fruit, a bit of white and black currants, yeasty traces, nutty on the palate, slightly herbal, very lightly phenolic-covered, matching acidity, good, slightly floral and petrol-like finish.
