Cool, firm, slightly smoky, vegetal to herbaceous and quite clearly mineral nose with rather restrained citrus aromas, some peach, a hint of pomaceous fruit and also a little pome oil. Firm, tart, juicy, youthful fruit, delicate nutty, floral and again noticeably herbaceous flavours, a hint of dark berries in the background, good persistence, fine, lively acidity, relatively much salt, also reminiscent of chives, has a certain tension, very good, firm, juicy and grippy finish with bite. Gains over 2 days.
