Cool, tart and quite firm, delicately reductive nose with fine yellow fruity aromas, some crab meat and slightly ethereal herbal nuances. Polished, again cool, very bright, somewhat lemony fruit, yeasty and vegetal notes, some beeswax, very fine acidity, delicate grip, chalky-salty minerality, certain persistence, fine, fresh herbal note reminiscent of parsley, hints of white pepper, very good finish with slightly sweetish juice, acidity and minerality.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
