Fairly firm, rather cool citrus nose with peach aromas, some peanut shell, with a hint of mint, fennel and mineral tones. Fine juicy, again cool, tart fruit, yeasty, fine vegetal and again reminiscent of peanut shells, minty nuances, a hint of turmeric, then also white berries and citrus peel, in the background again quite clear minerality, very good, cool finish with a certain pull. Becomes a little indifferent after a day in the air before tightening up again on the third day.

Best to drink: 2024-2029+. What our ratings mean
