Quite deep and firm, relatively dark, somewhat yeasty, nutty and tobacco aroma of ripe stone fruit with Mediterranean herbal nuances, a little smoke and black berries, pepper and clear minerality. Ripe, tangy, still undeveloped fruit, fine, ripe acidity and some grip, smoky nuances, a hint of herbs, distinct minerality, persistent, relatively complex, black berry and peppery nuances, some black salsify, very good, firm, juicy and very mineral finish.
