Fester und tiefer, etwas angetrocknet-floraler, kräuteriger und speckiger Duft nach reifen roten und ein wenig schwarzen Beeren mit Kirschnoten, etwas Leder, Roter Bete, Auberginen und noblen tabakigen Aromen. Reife, geschliffene, saftige, noble Frucht, etwas rauchige und röstige Würze, getrocknet-florale Noten, Piment, ein wenig Kubebenpfeffer und ein Hauch Kakao, präsentes, mürb-sandiges Tannin, nachhaltig, dicht und tief am Gaumen, betörende ätherische Würze, ein Hauch Vanille, auch Tomatenessenz, Steinpilze und Kräuter im Hintergrund, viel Kraft, aber auch Feinheiten, komplex und lang, wieder mit sehr noblem Saft und Würze am Ende. Legt über Tage zu.
