Firm, slightly tarry, floral and slightly bacon scent of red and black berries with notes of dried herbs, a little rose hip and smoke. Ripe, clear, quite juicy, somewhat warm fruit, crumbly-sandy tannin, delicately malty tones on the palate, nutty and hinted vegetable tones, good persistence, mineral tones in the background, a hint of citrus zest, gains freshness with air, very good, juicy and spicy finish with smoky and ethereal notes
