Firm, tart, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, some parsley, hint of lovage and peppery traces, youthful tannins, still slightly sandy, some bite, dried tomatoes, oregano and thyme, good substance and persistence, still very slightly rough, salty notes in the background, slightly astringent again on a very good firm, juicy finish with herbs and spices.
