Younger, somewhat almond-like, vegetable to herbal and delicately smoky scent of bright yellow fruits with a hint of root vegetables and nuances reminiscent of Galia melon. Straightforward, juicy fruit with still yeasty traces, slight minty and nutty notes, and a hint of smoke, fine acidity, somewhat crumbly-sandy tannin, certain sustainability, salty tones, good to very good finish with a touch of nutmeg.
