A somewhat smoky, nutty, and herbal to ethereal-herbaceous scent of yellow fruits with a hint of bacon, caraway, and tobacco. Straightforward, sweet fruit with a light melt, a trace of dark berries, and hinted mushrooms, lively acidity, has some grip, a certain sustainability, chalky and salty tones, good finish.
