Clear, quite polished, almost cool pome fruit citrus nose with hints of yellow spice and fresh vegetal notes, a little reminiscent of broccoli. Ripe, somewhat warm fruit with yellow spice, nutty and hinted caramel notes, fine acidity, delicate grip and very slight sweetness, warming alcohol, a hint of caramel, some cardamom spice, traces of light tobacco, good to very good, warm, sweet finish, again with a little broccoli.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
