Clear, polished aroma of mixed berries and a hint of cherries with some beetroot and hints of herbs and pepper. Ripe, quite firm, juicy and relatively polished and cool looking fruit with cocoa spicy and slightly smoky wood aromas, fine sandy, somewhat drying tannin, relatively present acidity, also milk-chocolate notes, chalk and salt in the background, very good, still slightly drying finish, again with acid bite and also a little bittering wood.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
