Fairly firm nose, ripe, partly preserved mixed berries, nutty and earthy aromas, hint of tobacco. ripe, juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate,.toasted oak, some ashes, hint of bacon, youthful, fairly fine tannins, some bite, salt and tobacco in the background, good substance and persistence, some dried herbs and light smoky notes on a very good, fairly firm finish.
