Feinsaftige, völlig trockene, typische Frucht mit feiner Würze und harmonischer Säure, leicht erdig und nussig-würzig am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, gewisser Schmelz, sehr harmonisch und animierend, guter Abgang.
