Translate to English Zwiebelschalenfarben. Noch einen Hauch käsige Nase nach mürben Äpfeln und etwas Birne mit pflanzlichen Nuancen und einer Spur roter Beeren. Reife Frucht mit nussigen Aromen im Mund, leicht hefig-würzig, sehr feine Säure, viel süßlicher Schmelz, zarte Kandis- und Karamelltöne im Hintergrund, nicht sehr tief, spürbarer, aber integrierter Alkohol, kräuterige Anklänge, guter Abgang.
