VDP.Sekt.Prestige® Brut Nature "Blanc de Noirs", Germany

Cool, plant-like to slightly herbal, yeasty and mushroomy scent with core fruit and citrus notes. Bitter, citrus-driven fruit, yeasty, tobacco-like and again herbal-plant-like on the palate, distinctly mushrooms, fine mousse, some grip, good sustainability and certain power, chalky-salty in the background, a bit of citrus peel, noticeable bite, very good, bitter finish.
