Smoky, yeasty and nutty aroma with pome fruit notes, some wood and tobacco and partly dried mushrooms. Firmly woven, tart fruit, nutty and smoky aromas, again also tobacco, some acid bite, lively, medium-fine mousseux, moderate tannic grip, persistent on the palate, good substance and some depth, chalky and salty hints, a hint of black berries, very good, quite taut, tart-juicy finish with fine spice and again bite.
