Herb, cool, smoky nose of fresh herbs and citrus fruits with delicate tobacco and nutty aromas as well as a hint of cocoa butter. Quite firm, bitter, restrained, bright fruit, vibrant acidity and plenty of grip, nutty, yeasty, and smoky notes, persistent on the palate, a touch of nut butter, chalky-stony and also salty minerality, certain depth, restrained carbonation, still hardly developed, fresh-plant-like notes reminiscent of spring onions, very good, cool, bitter-juicy finish with delicate plant spiciness.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
