Fester, leicht nussiger, gelb-würziger und eine Spur rauchiger mit Luft immer frischer werdender Steinobstduft mit hellen Zitrusaromen, etwas Zitruszesten, Kräutern und einem Hauch Tabak sowie angedeuteten Holznoten. Reife, dichte, saftige Frucht mit etwas Rauch, gelber Würze und fast süßlichem Schmelz, lebendige Säure, etwas Griff von Hefe und mürbem Gerbstoff, Kräuter am Gaumen, nachhaltig, feste, kalkig-steinig Mineralik, noch ein bisschen Kohlensäure, kandierte Zitruszesten und Aprikosen im Hintergrund, sehr guter, saftiger und griffiger, einen Hauch süßlicher Abgang.
