Rather cool, somewhat smoky and woody citrus nose with fatty and fine vegetal aromas, nuts, chalk, a little pome fruit, and fresh mushrooms. Ripe, juicy, nutty, slightly sweet-melting fruit, lively acidity, smoky and hinted roasted notes on the palate, fine, bright vegetal aromas, somewhat reminiscent of celery, crumbly-sandy tannin that increasingly integrates chalk and salt in the background, a bit of vanilla, buttery tones, certain warmth, very good, again sweet finish. Should age a bit.
