Still slightly yeasty, hints of smoke, herbs and a hint of yellow-spice with citrus and stone fruit aromas. Rather bright, not completely dry fruit, lively acidity, yeasty notes and grip, somewhat dried-vegetable on the palate, some persistence, chalky and salty tones, again hinted at yellow spice, good to very good, quite juicy finish with bite.
