Somewhat nutty and floral citrus nose with pomaceous and stone fruit notes, restrained, light, slightly tobacco-like woody spice, hint of cinnamon, blood orange and a few root vegetables. Firm, dry, somewhat melting fruit, fine, relatively lively acidity and some grip, buttery, nutty and delicately vanilla tones, a little vegetal in the background, a hint of spring onion, light wood tannin in the background, tones reminiscent of breadcrumbs roasted in butter, still a little drying, chalky notes, certain power and warmth, very good finish.
