Somewhat planty to herbal and a hint of yeasty citrus stone fruit scent with floral traces, lemon balm, a hint of white bread and hints of yellow spice. Ripe, somewhat warm, sweetish yellow fruit, very fine acidity, a hint of salted butter on the palate, again also a little yellow spice, good persistence, minty-ethereal nuances reminiscent of lemon balm, delicately floral and red berry, smoky traces, very slightly grippy, yet sweetish-melting and a little warm finish.
