Relatively cool, finely vegetal and floral nose with quite light yellow fruity aromas, nuts and a hint of bacon and caraway. Firm, juicy, ripe, very slightly warm fruit, nutty, vegetal and somewhat smoky tones, fine, relatively lively acidity, slight grip of crumbly tannin, tones reminiscent of spring onions, buttery nuances on the palate, becoming more pronounced with air, somewhat vanilla wood with marzipan tones, chalk in the background, still a touch muted, good to very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
