Somewhat herbaceous and delicately vegetal, hints of nuttiness with restrained, tart yellow fruit aromas, floral nuances, a little yeast and some minerality in the background. Clear, cool, juicy, quite fresh fruit with citrus and pome fruit aromas, light vanilla-nutty and also yeasty aromas, chalky-salty minerality, quite lively, fine acidity, light grip, woody traces, still a touch of carbonic acid, certain depth, very good, tight finish with bite.
