Firm, smoky and slightly bacony, also dried herbal scent of red and black berries with tart spicy and very slightly mushroomy notes. Clear, tight, juicy, rather tart fruit, some bite, youthful, polished tannin, chocolatey nuances and coffee-roasted tones, good persistence, chalk and salt in the background, slightly herbal hints, still a touch muted, very good finish

Herb-juicy fruit with chalky, nutty and slightly smoky aromas, present, still a little drying tannin, in the background chalk and salt, very good, tart finish with bitterish cocoa and coffee notes, with air but increasingly juice
