Firm, fairly cool nose, fresh vegetal notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, herbaceous notes, fresh olive oil, light floral traces, prominent chalky mineral notes. Clear, fresh, polished, juicy fruit on the palate, fairly prominent citrus notes, shows more pomaceous fruit with aeration, particularly quince, firm and again cool, very elegant, lively acidity, light nutty, yeasty and mineral notes, persistent, some bite and very fine grip, still largely undeveloped, some depth, delicate oily notes, but remains very firm, more prominent mineral notes and elegantfruit on a very good firm, juicy finish.
