Firm yeasty nose, light vegetal and nutty notes, ripe citrus fruit and pomaceous fruit, light touch of oak, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty aromas and some light oak, very elegant acidity, delicate vegetal and herbaceous notes in the background, delicate smoky and salty notes, good substance, persistent, some depth, medium body, still quite young, some bite on a very good juicy, slightly sweetish and creamy finish.
